What is an Intuitive Holistic Practitioner?
I take a whole-body approach to healing that blends intuition, energy work, nervous system support, and holistic wellness modalities. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I look at the full picture to help support the body in a more grounded and personalized way.
What happens during a session?
Each session is unique. Depending on your needs, sessions may include intuitive guidance, energy work, nervous system support, lifestyle recommendations, supplement support, and holistic wellness practices.
Do I need to believe in energy work for this to help?
Not necessarily. Many people come to this work simply knowing they do not feel like themselves and are looking for a more holistic and intuitive approach to healing.
That said, openness, curiosity, and a willingness to connect more deeply with yourself and your body can create a more meaningful experience.
Are sessions virtual or in person?
Most sessions are currently held virtually through Zoom, allowing support no matter where you are located.
I also offer select in-person experiences, including group healing sessions and private events. More in-person offerings and personalized group experiences will continue expanding in the future.
What kinds of concerns do you work with?
Many of the people who find their way here have already tried a variety of approaches and still do not feel like themselves. Often, they have seen multiple practitioners, changed their diet, tried supplements, or been told everything looks “normal,” yet they know something deeper is still going on.
Clients commonly reach out for support with things like fatigue, nervous system dysregulation, stress, migraines, headaches, digestive issues, energetic sensitivity, emotional overwhelm, and feeling disconnected from themselves or their bodies.
Do you work with children?

Are supplements required?
Not always. Recommendations are personalized and based on each individual person and what support feels appropriate for their body.
